# Steps:
01 - Set oven to 400°F and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium. Sauté onion, garlic, and jalapeño for 3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
03 - Add ground turkey to skillet. Cook, breaking up with spatula, until evenly browned and fully cooked, 6 to 8 minutes.
04 - Incorporate taco seasoning, smoked paprika, ground cumin, cayenne, salt, black pepper, and tomato paste. Stir to combine, cooking for 1 minute until aromatic.
05 - Pour in water. Simmer mixture 2 to 3 minutes until thickened, then remove from heat.
