01 - 4 cups filtered water
02 - 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or 2 tablespoons ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices
09 - Ice cubes, to serve
# Steps:
01 - In a sterilized glass jar, dissolve organic cane sugar in filtered water. Add water kefir grains or ginger bug along with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir using a non-metallic utensil.
02 - Cover the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter secured with a rubber band. Leave at room temperature (68–77°F) for 24 to 48 hours until lightly sparkling and tangy.
03 - Strain the kefir grains or ginger bug using a fine mesh strainer. Reserve cultures for future preparation or discard.
04 - In a pitcher, combine the fermented base with orange juice, lime juice, and fresh mint leaves. Mix gently to integrate flavors.
05 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour prepared mixture over ice, garnish each glass with a thin orange slice and extra mint leaves if desired.
06 - Serve at once to maximize effervescence and freshness.
