# Steps:
01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped shallot, cooking for 1 to 2 minutes until softened and aromatic.
02 - Add orzo pasta to the skillet and stir constantly for 1 minute until lightly toasted.
03 - Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until orzo is tender and most liquid has absorbed.
04 - Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken, heavy cream, lemon juice and zest, Dijon mustard if desired, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes.
05 - Fold in fresh thyme and basil, adjusting seasonings as necessary. Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if preferred.
