# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a clean mixing bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar and salt using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks and softened cream cheese until smooth and homogenous.
