08 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
09 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
10 - 1/2 cup corn kernels, cooked or canned and drained
11 - 1 avocado, sliced

→ Sauce
15 - 1/2 cup sour cream
16 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
17 - 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
18 - Salt and pepper, to taste
# Steps:
01 - Pat fish fillets dry with paper towels. Combine with Cajun seasoning, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until all pieces are evenly coated.
02 - Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high. Add the seasoned fish and cook 2–3 minutes per side, until fish is opaque and fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, lime juice, hot sauce if desired, salt, and pepper. Stir well to blend.
04 - Divide cooked rice among serving bowls. Arrange cooked fish on top, sprinkle with cheese, and layer tomatoes, lettuce, corn, avocado, red onion, and cilantro attractively around each bowl.
05 - Drizzle with prepared sauce and serve with lime wedges on the side.
